Subject: Is Chappelle really funny or is he way over rated?

I haven't seen his sketch show, and I don't like who's line is it anyways. I've only seen his talk show, and I don't think he is that funny on it. It seems like he's trying really hard to be funny but it's just coming across as uncomfortable for the viewer to watch because he's not succeeding, though he's so desperate. I don't know.

Anyways, I nominate Kramer. He's one of the funniest guys I've ever seen.
