With growing controversy over the Israeli security barrier, the United Nations has drafted what they consider a "fair policy" regarding the issue. Under the UN's proposal, the state of Israel will keep their barrier, but they must provide openings to allow suicide bombers and snipers to pass through.

- Is this a good one, or too wordy and likely to go over people's heads?
