HEPFEST UPDATE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The page for the Hepfest has been updated (thank you Carol, my dear sweet TALENTED AND BEEEE-YOOOOOOOTIFUL sistah!!!)

It has pictures of the area around Wellsboro and e-mail addresses for ME...and another reminder that until June 1st, the Sherwood Motel has a few rooms set aside for us---let them know you're with "HCA" or "Patsy" when booking please?

Also, can I get a head-count and find out how many of you wonderful people will be able to make it? I need to let the grocery stores know so they can order extra stuff! Could you just post here and let us know what you're bringing so we can get things organized ?????

The hepfest is gonna be here before you knowit WHOO HOOO!!!

(If I get any more excited, I'm gonna have to be ~sedated~ lol)

We will be bringing tato salad (as per web site lol) and creamer for coffee and of course I still plan on making store runs Bill is Bringing sunglasses an a fishin pole and me lol
my family totals 9 OMG so many of us aghhhhhhhh

And hopefully I can talk my father inlaw in to bringing his Bike

a 30 Cup coffee pot and enough coffee for the whole weekend along with hot cups and creamer. I'm also bringing some homemade cake. I'll do a fruit salad while we are there.
