First of all, DON'T REMOVE THE WHOLE DASHBOARD.
Get a small flat screwdriver and insert it at the bottom left hand corner of the plastic shroud of the clock ie where the plastic clock unit meets the vinyl on the dashboard itself. Gently ease the clock away from the dashboard and as it moves away you can then pull the whole clock assembly out from the dash. Disconnect the connector block at the back of the clock and the bulb is located on the side. With the screwdriver turn the bulb holder through 90 degrees and remove the bulb. Replacement bulbs, complete with a holder are available from Peugeot dealerships ie Caledonia for less than £2. Don't try to take the bulb out of the holder you'll be there all day. Hope this helps.
Incidentally, when your ignition is on and you turn your headlights on, does the brightness of the LED display on the radio and heater drop when you turn on your headlights on?
