The lid rattles, the wifes cure is to stuff the storage compartment with packs of travel tissues.

The speakers themselves are not mounted in the best way, remove them and place some foam rubber between the speaker frame and the shelf(thick draft excluding tape works). This will reduce the vibration, it won't stop it entirely to do that the car would have had to have been assembled correctly in the first place and Peugeot don't do that very well.
