Now onto that mysterious voice, well lets see... we started the italics when angelus left and when buffy was going to bed so i think the discussion he had to have with Mai was cos he suspected Buffy would try and escape so he got Mai to create some kind of dreamscape to scare off Buffy and the voice is that of Mai.
