My first published short story, "To Die For" (oversexed teenage vampires on motorcycles) came out in the anthology "Night Bites: Vampire Stories by Women Writers" in 1996. Thank you for the well wishes. Yes, have hope for Silken Cage: Journey. But, I have two contracts for two novels to get through, first. I haven't given up and I'm not abandoning my stories. The reviews on Amazon are pretty stellar and the book looks very very good. Even though it's not vampires I'm looking forward to getting a copy and checking it out as I think your style of writing is wonderful. I'm sure I'll be just as thrilled with your fairie as I am with your Buffy world. I'm also glad to see you say that you are still planning to continue Silken Cage. I can imaging that you have very little time to focus on anything other than your real life deadlines but I'm still eagerly awaiting the day we get more Silken Cage.
