Alias: He has also been called "X"

Special Powers/talents: Howitzer is an excellent marksman, especially at long distances. Equipped with a highly sophisticated targeting computer, Howitzer is able to fire upon multiple moving targets, with his large array of weaponry. His main gun is a howitzer turret. At an earlier point in Howitzer's SPUniverse career, he was joined with an alien species. This was a temporary relationship that didn't last much past the "Shard saga", but though it, Howitzer gained generations of knowledge about war, peace, no longer existent species, and those not of this world. The alien symbiot also gave him a higher resistance to blaster fire. Down deep within him, Howitzer still retains powers shown to him by FPW. Howitzer is not sure what happend in the holo-rooms that day, but he is meaning to find out.

Physical Description: Howitzer is one of the largest autobots around. Around 30' feet tall, give or take a few feet. He was built with for the specific purpose of being a war machine. His body is very boxy, similar to Tfs like Tankorr. Howitzer is equipped with Jump jets on his back, and a large turret mounted on his right shoulder, that can slid backwards onto his back. After being combined with the Symbiot, Howitzer lost his metallic coloring, and instead is black, with red "tiger" strips on his body. This is one TF you don't want to mess with.

"Home": Howitzer now calls Starbase Rugbyhome. He is usually found in the Command Center. He has his own quarters upon Starbase Rugby, but because of security reasons its location is not made public.

Howitzer's entry in the SPUniverse came in the form of The Neo-Knights. He joined them at the promise of helping in the fight against "evil". A noble cause, but Howitzer's membership didn't last long. On an outing by himself at the Death Shard, now The Orbit of Aegis Fragments, he encountered the alien Symbiot for a second time. The first was also on the Death Shard. Fearing what this extra presence might mean (Why he was truly scared of it might never been known) WR@TH(TM II BoGo�), framed Howitzer as a Shard insider and got him removed form the Neo-Knights. With the Symbiot, he allied himself with Motocron and Weasel against the Shard threat. During that battle, Wrangler was injured and returned to COM, where WR@TH stole him ( All those posts have been wiped) and, together with Sinker also damaged in the Shard fight in an unposted event, rebuilt the fallen Camshaft into W@RP@TH and Humvee. Concluding the Shard story, Howitzer remained in the fragments, meanwhile, prior to his abduction Sinker had freed the Hive member fray, formerly brain-ape. Fray built a lab and contacted Motocron, saying that he knew where the missing Wrangler was. Motocron didn't trust him, but agreed to steal WR@TH's journals, of which there were only hard copies. Not trusting fray fully, Motocron entered the data into Com. BIG mistake. The journal's were scrambled, but in such a way that to enter them into a computer would program a virus. While COM went rampant, raging across the SPU and eventually killing a lot of LEGOmonkeys(undeveloped UB2K clones with no memory of their true genesis) as brain-ape hoped, Humvee somehow fell under brain-ape's control and brought Motocron to him. That's when COM sent this beacon. Howitzer rescued Motocron from fray and repaired him to boot. Meanwhile, the Prophet slew Com! Moto managed to save her program essence and separate the virus...but it mutated and took off as the Virogoblin, developing a life of its own. Howitzer and Motocron tracked WR@TH's crew down to new lair, where a surprise awaited them all! The Virogoblin was obeying brain-ape, and it tossed WR@TH out of the realm before he could be interrogated! Seemingly, Com was slain in this battle and Motocron took off on his own. But she absorbed the power of it and controlled it for a time as ULTIMATE Com. Com and Howitzer returned to COM with the remaining Neo-Knights, Ellimist and Escafil. By this point W@RP@TH too was serving fray with an army, made up of Mincemonkey clones. Humvee had been restored to his Sinker body, but TM II BoGo� still had his mind program and he was long gone having abandoned WR@TH's body. Motocron was unaware of false Com and his next move, but then the mysterious Powderkeg showed up with wondrous devices to thwart their Nemesis and Sinker's program! Howitzer and the others, along with God-Emperor who returned, led a successful campaign against False COM. Their friends were saved and Powderkeg triggered the explosion that supposedly killed brain-ape and himself. At this point, Howitzer took leave of the group, promising to see them again someday. Shortly thereafter he was given a Starbase commission that no one else wanted (A story to be told another day) but that someone thought he'd be perfect for. The rest of Howitzer's history will be completed once past posts are revived.
