Dont reconfigure BIOS or start pulling cables.

All you need is to boot with CD-ROM support. I do it on dead machines, by booting off a boot disk with all kinds of different CD-ROM drivers on it. All you got to do is stick the disk in, turn on the comp, and select number 2 from the menu that comes up. Then change to you CD-ROM drive dir, with the OS install disk in and run setup.

Do you want me to mail you the boot disk image you need to make the boot disk?
