Websites are sometimes a mission to update. But agreed it should be done a monthly basis at least.
Maybe PB should hire a budding journalist that could create content aimed at their audience.
Who knows Pingu it could be your lucky break.

What is the total available space in mb you have?
Do you have FTP access to the server?
Do you have upto date content?
How many pages do you want etc?

50Mb...with ftp....same content as now but looking alot better!!
