Date Posted: 16:03:40 05/19/11 Thu My grandfather Mr. bruce Main was presented with a Batton,(swaggers cane,come pointer) by a recruit course in Wagga Wagga when he was a D.I.He was court martialed on the 20 January 1966 and since then the batton has not been located. I beleive it was about 30 inches long, indented handle and tapered. It had his name on a silver ring around it(Cpl Main.
