Subject: "Ship entering designated area...Outer Parimater."

TheIntreped slowed as it entered from general space and came upon the outer parimater of Starbase Rugby.

Dr. Benit eased up on the controls and dialed down the thrusters. This gave Steve a chance to look about, there were ship coming and going as they pleased, and the main hub of activity was just west of their entrence.

"Hey Boss. Shouldn't we, ya know, signal for clearence or somethin'?" Steve asked, his eyes glued to the station below.

Benit sighed, "No. Rugby is a fly as you please area. Which means no clearence is needed. Now if you will we have more important things to worry about then you landing a date, and taking in the lastest drinks."
