Life it returning to Rugby after the ordeal with the WR@. Landing buoys that were dormant, now flash red lights, guiding ships into the Docking bay. Buoys also surrond the building yard. What use to be the SP Boardhopper floats around the station. In the SPB's absence, the Nova* beacon has been added to SBR's fleet. Through the darkness, a few of the remaining laser boeys float outside the Docking Bay, still trying to guide visitors through its doors.
