Congrats. I just wanted to offer you some numbers for comparision. I went through a fresh cycle of IVF 1.5 years ago and at 12 days past a 3 day transfer of 2 - 8 cell embryos, I had an HCG level of 151. And, yes, it was twins. Just recently 2/10/06 went through a FET and transfered 2 blasts and I also had my blood work done yesterday at 11 days past transfer and got an HCG level of 267. I am thinking twins again. I know every persons is different but I would be preparing for twins if I were you. :)
