My name is Shadowedancer, I am one of the founders of the CNYC and just saw your post (sorry the response is late...I have been swamped lately).

We are located in the Syracuse and Oswego areas and have folks come to our circles from as far away as Utica. We are an open circle, anyone is free to come and see what we are all about.
