LOL! Buddhism came from hinduism? What a joke. There was no such thing called Hinduism back then. Even today Hinduism is not one religion but a conglomeration of many forms of worship. But the Buddha did called his teaching the BUDDHA DHARMA OR DHARMA VINAYA to differentiate it from the rock worshipping, fire worshipping, sun worshipping, shit eating, cow piss drinking, d*i*c*k and c*u*n*t worshipping practices that is together known as Hinduism TODAY. Prove to me how Buddhism originated from Hinduism! Love to see it!! And guess what? There was no India back then either ;D There was no such thing called India until the Brits showed up. There were separate countries with their own armies. There were Hindu and Muslim kingdoms. Even in the Buddhas time he walked from COUNTRY to COUNTRY preaching his doctrine. And guess what? YALPANAM comes from Sinhalese YAPA PATUNA, MATTAKALAPPU from Sinhalese Mada Kalapuwa meaning muddy lagoon, CHUNKKAM from HUNU GAMA meaning village of lime etc etc. Even Eelam means "Island of the Sinhalas" according to a TAMIL professor! HAHAHA!

Yes. Murali speaks better Sinhalese than Tamil. Saw him on a Rupavahini talk show once, the caller was Tamil and asked a question in Tamil and he replied in Sinhalese!!! God that was funny! 400 000 Tamils left Sri Lanka. 800 000 as refugees, 100 000 in India locked up in camps being treated as criminals. Wanni refugees waiting for SRI LANKAN (Sinhalese) government handouts....booo hoooo, poor babies.
