Affiliates must appoint a Representative to attend GODORT meetings. This Representative's name and contact information will be given to (head of State and Local? head of Membership?). The Affiliate Representatives will meet with (State and Local Docs.? Membership? Steering?) to confer on documents issues of interest to all. It is expected that at the next meeting of the Affiliate organization and in the next issue of the Affiliate's communication organ a summary of points from these discussions will be disseminated. It is expected that Affiliate concerns will be forwarded to appropriate committees within ALA GODORT and that a summary of points from these discussions will be made available through the GODORT website.
