yes we do, however you could debate for years on what type we need and never come to an agreement. If you got rid of all government right now, it would literally be hell on earth, people wouldnt know how to deal with that and could not deal with that, it would be the LA riots minus the police trying to stop it, and wouldnt just be LA but the whole country
