haha! "Lighten Up" is a figure of speech used by Americans when we mean calm down or don't take yourself so seriously. Okay, you knew that. But you said "lit up" which is funny to me because here "lit up" means we're high or we have a good buzz. Unless you are smoking pot or drunk, I was wondering if you knew what you had said.
