Hello, I found a Louis David Richmond on the Texas Birth Index...born on 12/31/1960 in Travis County. There is a way to use the birth index on microfiche at most larger libraries to verify if this person's birth certificate matches the original one. I will be going to the library next week I can do a birth index search there if you need me to. I didn't find anything on Brenda Joyce except that there were two females with the first name of Brenda born on 11/06/62 one in Rusk, one in Jefferson County.
