Subject: ISO birth father from Michigan City, In born 12/1/64

I was adopted 21 days after I was born 12/1/64...named Christopher Douglas Knight. Name was changed after being adopted. My mom was a school teacher, who was African American, and I was told that my father was white and worked as an insurance salesman. I just wanted to find my father for health reasons that I feel I should know. I was born in Michigan City,In and move to Gary after being adopted.
