Inside it are many people pushing shopping carts around, paying for their items, and looking around for the kind of food they want. There are rows and rows of shelves stocked full with food and many tills. But taped to the wall where everyone can see it is a yellow sign with black printing. The sign says: Shop lifters will be prosecuted.*
