I have a Verizon telephone in my house that went dead. I checked the connections and found no error. The DSL module is connected. The window on the base unit says it is charging. It has been saying that for twenty (20) hours and the phone still does not work, even if it does ring and trying to answer is hopeless. When I went to the Verizon (wireless) and asked for help, I was told they did not know how to write to you. They suggested I go to Walmart and buy a phone and use that. Is that the way Verizon tries to help their customers?
