If you want to race in the Quarter-Mile race, post you stats for BOTH THE HORSE AND JOCKEY! I will accept only 7 aplications. I am also holding an Endurance Race for 10 people. Here are the dates/times/miles/names of the races that will be heald til Sept. 1:
Steeplechasing:
1. 8/10/01; 4:00 PM (any time); 1/4 Miles, Quarter-Mile
2. 8/24/O1; 5:00 PM (any time); 1 Mile; Red Rose Race

Endurance:
1. 8/17/01; 3:00 PM (any time); 15 Miles; Fireside Forest Race
2. 8/31/01; 2:0 PM (any time); 25 Miles; Monthly Winner's Wreath Race

This is how you race:
Steeple Chasing
I will post saying "Starting Line" as the start. The 7 race horses and their riders MUST post before leaving the starting line. When I post "And They're OFF!" every one must post saying that they left the starting line (both horse and rider). Then, I will wait for five minutes (in r/l one day). After 5 minutes (1 day), I will post "Finish Line". First one to post (only horse) after the message about the finishing line wins first place. Closest time wins in short terms...

Endurance
I will post saying "Starting Point" as the start. The 10 race horses and their riders MUST post before leaving the starting line. When I post "And There They GO!" every one must post saying that they left the starting line (both horse and rider). Then, I will wait for 2 hours (1 day). After 2 hours (1 day), I will post "Check Point 1". And so on and so forth for the rest of the check-points. HORE AND RIDER MUST POST ON THE SAME DAY SAYING THAT THEY PAST THE CHECK POINT OF ELSE THEY ARE DROPED OUT OF THE COMPITION BECAUSE HORSE FELL ILL OR LAME, ETC. Then I will wait for about three hours (1 day) after the last check point and post "Finish Point". First one to post (only horse) after the message about the finishing line wins first place. Closest time wins in short terms...
