Subject: Y'know, I swore to myself, "No more dragonriders!"

I didn't want to go through weyrling training AGAIN. >_< I've gone through it 22 times by now - and that's not riders, that's TRAININGS. (I've played at a lot of different Pern games over the years.) After a while, it gets motonous. So when El asked me for Candidates, I said, "No!" But now I've been thinking about her request during school, and... well, you see the results. Just don't be surprised if I, or even just they, go mysteriously missing during weyrling training and show up on the last day with a disclaimer to the effect that they've been routine, quiet students in the back of the class. Because I think if I do a full weyrling training ONE MORE TIME, I'm going to go absolutely loony. Or at least more loony than I already am.

And obviously, they're both Candidates. (Look, ma, blue-bait! *points and gestures*) Although Marja will be an unintentional one, in-character-storyline-wise. Because what Healer WOULDN'T want to have such a stellar chance to study dragon anatomy? And what would happen if a hatchling or Candidate got hurt and there wasn't a Healer on the scene? *cackles madly, plays with puppet-strings*
