Gender and Age: male, 17
Appearance: Cynis is a youth whose tall limber body gives him a somewhat lanky appearance, emphasized all the more by his recent growth spurts that have put his height at about 6'1''. His skin is a dark mocha color that reflects his father's proud lineage, and he wears his thick curly hair fairly short, though the sheer mass of it gives him a 2 inch long halo of fuzz that remains forever untameable. His eyes offset his general apperance, the pale grey blue of his mother's geneology shining out at the world, defiant of any who insults his unique heritage.
Personality: Cynis is a sturdy young man, capable and self-reliant, though often overly defensive because of it. He tends to be fairly skeptical of others, for even though he was raised in a very friendly fostering environment, visits from his birth mother always took place at strange hours of the evening, when they were hidden from the other members of the her Hold. He hates the fact that it has to be this way with his mother, especially when his father's side of the family was so accepting of him, and his half-brothers Dorat and Kirat took him for nothing less than their own little sibling. Nevertheless, he certainly enjoys his life, and if he takes a tad longer to trust people than the average human being, it only improves his loyalty and devotion to those he does consider a friend.
Skills: Cynis is naturally skilled with anything endurance based and can run like the wind when he has to. He's also picked up some handy fishing, hunting, and swimming tips from his older half-brothers.
