The Tropics

Dense forests of tropical greenery greet the eye, full of the sounds of hundreds of species of birds and insects. Foliage is everywhere, making penetration through the undergrowth difficult. The weather is always hot and humid, making travel and exertion tiring..

Spring
Spring is the coolest month of the year, with light rainfall expected daily. The weather is pleasant, making the Spring the best time of year in the tropics.

Summer
Summer is starting to warm from the cool balm of spring, temeratures rising with the humidity. The rainfall is increasing, keeping the summer hot and wet.

Autumn
Autumn is the hottest month for the tropics, with the temperature practically unbearable. The humidity is oppressive, but the rains are starting to dry up for the season.

Winter
Winter is the driest month, with little rainfall (for the tropics), though the humidity is still pretty high, temperatures cooling off for spring. Overall, a pleasant month for the tropics.
