I hadn't thought of that, but it does make that encounter more meaningful. I have to agree with you about people reappering with a new purpose or impact. I would dare say that we seek out these encounters because we are looking for that contribution.
I think our book club forum is an excellent example of us trying to intensify our connection. It sure gives me "warm fuzzies".
