Subject: Trouble in havbenwood

From the Office of the Legate Commandant of the Havenwood Royal Army

Soon after the Havenwood Town meeting on Tuesday night a few of the citizens were walking outside the doors of the Royal Hall after the meeting ended. Upon the steps laid the corpse of two of the fine healers who had been living in Havenwood for some time...Feasting on thier blood was a man, or what we thought was a man, named Kain. He appeared to belong to The Obsidian Empire...we thoguht this ridiculous! Surely Raizital Jiminez would not have murderers surrounding him, Raizital was a good friend of Talimor's at one point and frankly it shocked us.

The citizens present demanded he stop. He snickered and left...as none of the Royal Army was about..they went inside the hall to discuss what had just happened. They came out mere moments later to find him delivering the deathblow to yet another healer. This final act was insufferable, and they immediatly dispatched someone to fetch me. I immediatly came and found hiim triapsing about with an orc who had been cuasing trouble earlier. I informed him that should he be seen again he would be arrested, prosecuted and brought before the Chancellors and Lord Talimor. This did not deter him. Soon after Jiminez himself showed up and it escalated into threat throwing. I informed them to leave immedaitly, (as none of the army were awake, they could not be arrested by me alone) Eventually they did leave, and have re appeared in Havenwood. Jiminez has stated that "The Obsidian Empire will rule Havenwood"
