I like to go by feel, I'd like to burn that book
I couldn't take you giving me that bothersome look
You think I'm troublesome we should all get in trouble some
Exercise your free-will, off-the-hook with my brother's gun
An expression that could make rainbows lose all color
Uder scrutiny and trapped by the commentary

I never claimed that I'd be perfect, perfection
was never my idea of growing as a person
While socializing, abusing drugs and working
Certain that my time will run out soon
Close the door, the coffin and the curtain
Wishing I was aborted but I made it out the womb
Putting on an act pretending to be your favorite son
Caught red-handed aiming the blazing gun
I own you all, you're all haters, quit hating
Obssessed with status quo and the next player's rating
I'm taken out of context, it's somewhat pathetic
but I'm grateful that you sat down and read it

I like to go by feel, like to burn that book
Mama said be a simple man, I'm turning into a crook
Looking for love in the last place it would be
Had to do some soul-searching, just looking for me
Feel like I learned a lot but the drama's so thick
I try to kick knowledge but they say I don't know shit
