Subject: K.A.R.A.

Kara was a friend of mine on facebook. We're no longer friends because she deleted and blocked me. There's more to it though, we kinda had an e-argument. It was about black women that style their hair 'natural'. It was more about Beauty, I guess we had varying concepts about it's definition.
She was a writer, I enjoyed reading her poems. We collaborated on a piece once, I think it was called "Ego". Now that I think of it, it's kind of ironic it was titled that. We had shared alot of the same musical influences. My friend Catherine is still cool with her.

The last time me and Catherine talked about her, Catherine was like, "Thanks for not hating her". It felt kind of odd being told that because I'm not the type of person to hold grudges. I might fuss and fight with you but once it's over, it's over and I don't build spite in my heart for that person.
I still think she's an amazing person and that for awhile she inspired me to write better poetry. I feel that I'm learning to be more supportive of people than just looking for an excuse to disagree or debate all the time. Lol, I need a new public image.
