Peace Valley , he thought to himself, chuckling eerily. Peace could never rein, not in a land born of ignorance. He reared up, striking his sharp hooves in the air. Landing back to the gentle earth he tossed his head, sending his thick obsidian mane flying. He snapped his jaws at any mares near, deliberately taunting them. He brushed up against the one closest; the one he knew was called Dancer and flicked his tail. Using not words, but thoughts, he sent his message straight from his own mind to the mares as he danced gracefully away a few steps. Far enough too see all of her, close enough to deliberatly provoke and taunt. So he stood, an unchallenged predator, just waiting. He wondered to himself if he was going to have to cause physical damage to a stallion before these deprived, naive horses would understand. Max damage was his intent. [ Post a Reply to This Message ]

He groans in pain and rolls onto his side. Blood pours freely from many wounds inflicted on him by the Evil, most of them just opened. His thickly muscled chest and quarters are scarred and battle-marked. A deep cut runs across the side of his head. His rippling, red-chestnut mane and tail are spread out over the ground as he lies there, almost dead with exaustion. His long, sharp, golden horn is stained brownish-red with dried Evil blood, as are is soliid golden hooves. He trembles as he breaths, and great waves of cold wash over his broken body. He lifts his head and half crawls, half creeps to a deep, clear pool with goldfish swimming in it. He lowers his head and drinks quietly, eyes closed in pain. Finally, he lifts his elegant head and rolls over a few times to get away from the water, should he fall in. He flares his nostrils and his ears turn slightly on his elegant dial as he scents the other horses. Then he sighs deeply and rests. [ Post a Reply to This Message ]
