Subject: It begins......

The sky was lit up by the flames of a hundred fires. A lone figure walked through the devastated structures, he was surrounded by a black cloak that hid his entire body. The only part of him visible were his boots. The light from the flames glinted off his dark sunglasses as he looked around the devastated colony. Guess there's nobody here... looks like I got that distress call too late. He turned to leave when he heard something move around, he turned around and watched where he heard the noise. Suddenly something lept out at him aiming for his face. Everything only took a split second, the figure dodged and the creature tumbled to the ground with a knife in its neck. The figure walked over and retrieved the blade then studied the creature. He frowned before walking back to his small two-seat Kreeper.

Later.....

Hunter Karres Tiran sat in his Kreeper staring off into space... literally. His attention was caught when something blinked on his computer screen. He opened up the message and saw an open contract. It was asking for help from any available Hunters, a cargo ship was hijacked. Karres accepted the contract and hurried off to the nearest Transit point knowing any other Hunter could take the job.
