The song you're looking for is a remake of Bryan Adams' 1984 song "Heaven." DJ Sammy recently ( in the last year or so) did a techno remix. I've heard the other "light" version you write of, but I don't know who sings it. But I guarentee if you listen to Bryan Adams' version, you'll forget the version you were originally looking for!
