 In the first book on page 185 it says that marcus flint is a sixth year. However in the third book he is one of the ones that is a fake dementor to try and scare harry. this is immpossible because he should have grauated at the end of the second book. What is going on??? I don't thnk he failed. Has anyone else noticed this??? What are your houghts on this "mistake"
