My great grandfather's name looks the same as yours, viz. William J. Loucks. The "J" stood for Joseph and he was known as Joe Loucks. He founded Loucks Mills, Pennsylvania in the late 1800's. His parents were Cornelius and Naomy and his grandfather was Peter C. Loucks, all from New York state.

Looking for Loucks family history. Have traced back
