The only money in the account was for a number of cheques issued out of the account, which were returned, finally, to the account. The value of these payments (in the ABG program) was reduced to 27.4%, along with all other monies in all Paritate accounts. These amounts have all been recently paid out to those whose cheques were returned. There were two batches paid out, the first by e-Bullion and the second, just last week, by USD money orders, sent by postal mail.

There were no other member monies in Paritate. PWF funds that were paid into Paritate and got caught in the bank failure were covered at the time by a private loan and paid into the PWF program, which status remains to this day. The private loan responsibility is mine to deal with. If/when PWF funds are returned, those participants will receive back their funds. Contrary to your accusation, I do not steal.

Trusting this answers your question,

Kevin Straub
