I SENT THIS OUT THIS EVENING. In spite of the fact that this board is posted on by MOSTLY KNUCKLEHEADS and AGENCY PLANTS, I do want this message to get out and so am using it for my own purposes. Please don't expect me to respond to ANYTHING here. You know where to talk to me. I only check this board every so often, sometimes it is months in between visits. (Just so you know that I lend NO credibility to MOST of the drivel here.)

SENT Monday evening, JUNE 18:
Dear Associate,
Please feel free to spread this far and wide; in fact, I INTEND that you spread it far and wide.
I will simply advise that you DO NOT sign the release form that Madame has sent out to you. There are no terms set for the times/schedules of repayment of your principal amounts. Also, you are being asked to lay down your right to take any other sort of action. YOU SHOULD RESERVE ALL RIGHTS IF YOU MAKE A REFUND CLAIM, i.e., change the form to something that works for you. Get counsel from your lawyer.
If you are a lender through the Bradford Gold Trust (Kevin Straub), and you decide to make this refund claim directly to Bradford, PLEASE ADVISE ME. I will then know to remove your loan and account information from my database and continue on MY chosen path to recovery without you on record as a beneficiary. I cannot say any more about that path at this time, as already stated in previous mailings.
If you have both DIRECT account(s) with Bradford and INDIRECT account(s) with BGT (me) and you want to make the refund claim on the direct accounts but not the indirect accounts you are probably in a grey area. I would say to have nothing to do with this legal settlement. It smells like a stall and a trick. THIS IS NOT LEGAL ADVICE, BUT MY OWN OPINION. So, if you DO make your private claim for the refund of your direct loan account(s), don't even bother to tell me about it. I will still submit my claim, in my own way, for all the monies that were loaned to Bradford via the Bradford Gold Trust (me). Again, it is only if you are making a refund claim to Bradford for loans that you made through the Bradford Gold Trust that I need your advisement. In this case, as stated above, you will be purged from my BGT database.
Regards,
Kevin Straub
