Not that I'm qualified to speak, as Paris have never exactly been a powerhouse (yet!), but here are a couple of pointers:

1. Pick a starting line-up and stick with it, injuries permitting. I usually find when I make wholesale changes, the team plays badly. Whether this is coded into FPS Football or not, I don't know.

2. It is difficult to win road games, so don't get disheartened when you lose on the road.

3. Scout the FA list and pull in anyone you think can help. Don't carry passengers on your roster i.e. a player who could be great in a few years - get him cut or traded!

4. Get a good kicker and punter, and make sure you have fast guys on your kick coverage teams. Saying that, I never know who is on kick coverage. CB1 definately is, however.

5. Plan for the long term. In my case, the very long term i.e. I'll make the playoffs within 20 years.
