Subject: Ahmad Merritt-Berlin Thunder

An interesting note. Ahmad Merritt of the Berlin Thunder has an excellent chance to make the Chicago Bears roster this year. As you might know, Ahmad was the MVP of NFL Europe last season. He led the Thunder to the World Bowl and shattered NFL Europe receiving records. The Bears have already been the beneficiary of the NFLE when they signed Marcus Robinson a couple of years ago. If Merritt is half as productive as Robinson, the Bears will have a steal.
