I got it wrong, his name is Fireman Ed. Hes the famous Jets supporter which i've seen on tv many many times. Hes the one with obviously the firemans helmet on.

He was never a GM in the FWL, just a famous NY Jets fan. Obviously i wish all the firemen well, just as i've seen this one on TV i made reference to him.
