Austria's roster had only one player at DE so no, it really wasn't a legal roster, and I suspect that it had a LOT to do with the insane running of the score.

Although Paul hasn't usually had to invoke it, it's been understood since the really dubious Season 2 trades the Commissioner can reject or order reworks of clearly insane trades.
