Yep i think thats what is needed, they made the playoffs, have a half decent squad, no point changing things big time. Then again in the NFL often a new coach makes changes to how he wants things to run. Eg Jon Gruden getting rid of Jeff George to get Rich Gannon to run his type of offense.

My good friend Alan Gibson made a shocking change in NY ! Benching Tom Beck who took his team to the FWL Bowl previously only to start Ingram Jones. All star QB's go through bad patches !
