Not to shove Lorne out prematurely, but yes, he mentioned wanting to leave at season's end and he seems content to play caretaker for the rest of the games. Why not ask him now?

You could terrorize a whole new slate of teams, Mario. Imagine the possibilities! The Fire are a storied franchise but the AFC hasn't ever had a truly unstoppable team. I'm sure you could build one.
