I like this idea a lot.

You just need to look at the NFL to see how many first round picks, who did wellin college, were complete busts when they got to the big boys league.

Perhaps there shpuld be similar numbers for positive and negative sleepers. The negative ones coming from higher up in the draft list. Again there is the risk that the teams that ned the good players might get the negative sleepers but i think this way would still be better than having holdouts, out least they would be able to play.
