I still think missing a training camp is a severe
issue in this game. Again this are not people who can
learn the game during the season. This are computer
files that can get changed only once during a season.
If you loose this, the player looses a lot of future value.

This is more realistic and less problematic for a team.
However it should be made clear that each of these 3
disadvantage players goes to a different team !!!

Just imagine you getting the holdout in the 2nd round
and one negative sleeper in the 3rd !!

But now let us see how this new rules work in reality.
If not I think we can change it for the next season
back again ;-)
