Yes, but as I can attest, once is plenty. Or, worse, twice--since they tend to be lurking in the playoffs to pick off whoever comes their way from the EFC West. :)

Although I guess 4 of the 9 EFC champs have been from the West. It just doesn't SEEM that balanced.
