Standing in these last few hours of 5764 and on the threshold of our New Year of 5765, Amy, our children and I wish you and all whom you love, a very sweet, healthy, and prosperous New Year.
With a New Year comes new blessings. With the New Year the world does not get a year older but rather a year better. On Rosh Hashanah the world begins to experience God's creative powers in powerful measures never yet captured in its existence.
May the blowing of the Shofar awaken our innermost essence and connect it to the innermost essence of our awesome universe, God A-lmighty, and thereby ensure an unbroken lifeline of goodness and plentifulness as it is inscribed for us in the book of life for ourselves and all Jews everywhere, and especially in our holy land of Israel.
