I also give out instructions at work…. I give out different instructions to workers based on their knowledge but I sure as heck don’t give out instructions to a worker that isn’t capable of comprehending something! If there is a worker that won’t be able to comprehend the fact that if he puts his hand under a cutter head that spins at 6000 RPM then I sure as heck won’t put him near one! (people have had fingers disappear on those things at work faster than you can blink) Now then, how STUPID would it be of me, to put a worker that can not comprehend that putting your hand in the cutter head, NEAR A CUTTER HEAD and not only that, but I’ll put him near one while another rebellious worker is running around trying to get other workers hurt on purpose! YEAH! REAL SMART OF ME THERE, EH PAUL! I would have to be an absolute idiot to put such a worker near a cutter head after the fact that he can’t comprehend that it is bad to put your hand in one and then leave him by one with a rebellious worker running around who will go up to him and tell him to put his hand in it! I would be an absolute idiot to do that and yet, your God did exactly that!!!! |
