We just have no specific teaching of what will happen after it.

Who would be so bold to assume knowledge?

We should focus on what we do now. We should not live for what is supposed to come. We are here because God created us. He did this for a reason. It would be presumptuous of us to say that we can ignore the life He has given us to only live for a future life that we are unsure of.

Judaism has not changed its core. It is on the ultimate authority of God. That is simply it. To deny this is shortsighted. We should serve God by completing creation by following the things we ascribe to be His words.

Heaven and Hell and demons are all part of a mythology or a mystical teaching that has grown up around the Torah. It is not really in conflict with it, but it is not the focus of the Torah either.

Heaven and Hell, eternal torment and demons are not a foundation of Judaism. I would like to know where they are considered to be.
